Sea2Sea08 - Friday Morning Breakfast.... MAKE YOUR CHOICE!!!

Postby Craz on Sat Sep 13, 2008 2:25 pm

Hi!

We've all paid £5 for breakfast in Whitehaven at La Venue on Friday morning before we set off to Penrith.

Please could you select something from the menu below (each comes with either fresh orange, tea / coffee) so that I can send our requirements to them in advance.

* Early Bird Special - Bacon, Egg, Sausage, Tomatoes, Beans and Toast

* Full English - 2xBacon, 2xSausage, 1xEgg, Mushrooms, Tomatos, 2xHash Browns, Beans, 2xToast

* Bacon, Mushroom and Tomato Baguette

* Croissant & French Baguette with butter and Jam / Marmalade

* Beans & Cheese on Toast

* Scrambled Egg and Bacon on Toast

* Bacon, Sausage and Fried Egg Baguette

* Sausage and Fried Egg Muffin

* Bacon and Cheese Melt Croissant

* Tomato, Mushroom and Mozzarella Croissant

* Crumpets and Melted Cheese

* Croissant with Chocolate Spread

* Doorstep Farmhouse Toast with butter and preservatives.

Many thanks for your quick responses :wink:

It all depends how many times we have to stop for people to pee behind the bushes I guess!!

Full English seems like the way to go (plus you're getting your money's worth!!!)

A double decker and a bottle of Lucozade??!?!? :roll:

For lunch.....

I've organised a selection of fine foods from the Siskins Restaurant at the Whinlatter Visitors Centre including (I think!) Sandwiches, Soup, Cake, Tea/Coffee.

Tea will be delicately served by a loving waitress at the Penrith Truck Stop!! I recommend the steak and ale pie, chips and gravy with a large mug of tea :D
