No we haven't picked a date as yet, but we'll be getting together over the next couple of weeks and trying to sort ourselves out!!

We've been slacking (and holidaying!) since the Amsterslam07 event and really need to sort ourselves out!!

OMG! You know that means you're going to have to book yourself in for a liver transplant Nat?! hehe.

And Oct 9th is a best guess. Nothing's really been finalised as yet and no-one's signed up based on Oct 9th being set in stone! We can always move it around to fit people within reason!!

Hello!

Postby Hungry Hippo on Wed Jun 10, 2009 7:51 pm

Hi guys,

I've signed up for Hadrian's Wall and got my first little bit of sponsorship today- I'm sure it'll snowball from here!

I thought I'd better get back on here and read your gems of wisdom. I think that Amsterslam is under way right now, so I hope you're having an ace time!

It was the Amsterdame event actually, but you were close!!

And yes, I had an amazing time. Everyone was brilliant, everyone made it there and back and I think that everyone enjoyed it (no-one has told me otherwise yet anyway!)!!

We're at the CTC York Cycle Show this weekend (20/21st June) so hopefully we'll attract a few more riders for all of the up and coming events :)

I live right next to the racecourse so I was going to pop over and hopefully pick up some bargains! I'll hunt you out and say hello.

Brilliant :D

We shouldn't take much finding. We're directly opposite the entrance to the Exhibitors Hall!

See you there.

Dunno if this is a legit. company or if it is worth Charity Adventure looking at, as I only read what it does breifly.

http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/

From what I can tell, it links you to sites such as Amazon etc. which then give your chosen charity a percentage of whatever you buy. Possibly worth a look, as if everyone gets all thier friends to shop via this site, it could make a bit of money??
