Cycleyorkshire is holding a womens only mountain bike beginners/improvers skills course on Sunday 27th January with the BBC will be filming part of the day for a Inside Out doco about mountain biking in Yorkshire, cost for the course will be half price due to the filming and will £30 instaed of £60. Argh! Decided it might be time to sign up for facebook as everybody keeps telling me that I should and apparently it's vital to stay in touch with the world...No idea what I'm doing, kept pressing odd buttons and I'm sure I have probably just made friends with hundreds of people that I've never met... Not sure if this was a good idea, especially not at this time of night!

You see that's where you're going wrong!!

I pretty much ignore every application request going (otherwise your profile page ends up impossible to read!!) and only add people I know or who are coming on the CharityAdventure bike rides
