Training in Durham/Tees Valley

For those living in the above area or in North Yorks, who want to get fit in preparation for a Charity Adventure challenge, there area organised rides from Darlington for all levels.

Female only rides, family or open class, from a few kms to the 100mile Hell of The North. I completed the Castles ride (80 miles) a couple of years ago and found it well organised. You even get a tee shirt. :)

There are also sustrans routes you may like to try. Look them up at www.localmotion.co.uk and www.doitbycycle.com

Why not attend the Darlington cycle week in June 08.

After all that riding you breeze the C2C. :D
