Well I suspect the boardwalk section would have been like an icerink today with all the rain we've had overnight and this morning!!

Bad news about the bike though... hopefully they'll get it sorted out soon.
Craz.

Why not join us for a cycle ride for charity?!

Bugger

When I saw the surgeon several weeks back he said "Oh we'll have you in for the morning patch you up and you'll be back to normal in no time".

however when I spoke to him pre op on Friday he said " This is going to hurt loads and I'm giving you a sick note for 4 weeks. Oh and no cycling in that time!

So I'm making do by reading cycle mags and looking at bike catalogues.

But as Arnie or the Rawsonator might say "I'll be back"

( I'm still waiting to get me knee fixed) Hopefull I will be mended by the first ride next year. :)

Andy off road!

Postby GazRideGuide on Sun Oct 28, 2007 2:45 pm

Andy, this isn't the kind of "off road" you wanted!

At least you'll be fixed for next season? You've got until spring to mend yerself - hope you rest well - thoughts are with ya

I think the skinnies would have been a little on the slippy side on Sunday. On the up side the bike is winging it's way to Marin to be fixed, hopefully and we sold the house again today, woohoo.

Will let you all know when we are planning to get out again. Although I warn you now it is likely to be a dawn raid as Gaz doesn't feel right not getting up later than 7am to go riding!
